became Austin's little brother at
4:59 p.m. January 19, 2005.

Parker weighed a healthy 8 pounds, 14 ounces and was 19 1/2 inches long.

He was born while a snowstorm wreaked havoc on Alexandria, Virginia, and millions of his fans were in town for the Presidential Inaguration festivities.
